When you submit a listing-update request or email support, we receive the contact information and message you provide so we can respond to that request. Please do not send private medical information, insurance details, or patient information.

Like most websites, the service and its providers may process technical request information needed to operate, secure, and measure the website. Optional saved-list features use an authenticated account to store the providers you choose to save.

We use request information to respond to support or correction requests, maintain the directory, protect the service, and understand whether pages are functioning. We do not sell contact details submitted through support or correction requests.
