How provider information appears in SimplyFind
Our directory organizes public NPPES NPI Registry records. This page explains what that means, how records are refreshed, and what visitors should verify themselves.
Public NPPES source
Provider listings are based on publicly available records from the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) NPI Registry. The registry publishes National Provider Identifier (NPI) records and related public fields, which can include a provider name, taxonomy, practice address, and telephone number.

Refresh cadence
Directory records are refreshed monthly from available source data. A public record may change between refreshes, so a directory page should not be treated as a real-time statement about a practice.
What we do not independently verify
SimplyFind does not independently verify licensure, credentials, clinical quality, accepting-new-patient status, appointment availability, insurance participation, fees, telehealth availability, or whether a provider is suitable for a particular health need.
Corrections and source updates
Providers or representatives can request a directory correction. A request to us does not change the underlying NPPES record; when source information is inaccurate, the NPPES record may need to be updated separately.
